I’m glad someone is listening

The DC council begins to push PEPCO around. It’s about time. Now, if Montgomery County will follow suit (perhaps in a stepwise fashion), we could stop having these extremely common, highly problematic outages.

    I’ve seen discussions north of the border on various politicians looking into things with pepco, including repealing the law mentioned in the above article that allows them to charge us for when they’re not delivering electricity. I can only hope they mean business.
